A story
Better known under the name of its creator – a well-known herdsman and dairyman named “Boudji” – the Gîte d'Avau on the heights of Broc is a must for enjoying deeply convivial moments.

A magical environment, a chalet teeming with wood and an alpine atmosphere, typical smells wafting through the dining room and terrace alike: it’s a place to sit, admire, and enjoy the sweet magic radiating from this place so conducive to getting together and chatting.

After a decade in which couple Alexandra and Yves Jaquet continued what their predecessors had already done with great joy, Les Fondues Wyssmüller® have moved in to “Chez Boudji”, honouring a tradition of hospitality.
Master cheesemaker for over twenty-five years, manufacturer, and then retailer, it is as a passionate man that William Wyssmüller creates and develops a new vision around fondue in Switzerland.
The Les Fondues Wyssmüller® brand creates a gastronomic world around flavours. For a company that has long had the ambition of presenting and sharing its products from pasture to plate, “Chez Boudji” was a natural step. And now that it’s done, the flavour and friendship party can start!

Sophie Chesnel-Doutaz, a daughter of the country and a passionate manager, is the beating heart of Chez Boudji. Sophie trained at the hotel management school in Glion and has always been at home in the world of hospitality and gastronomy. She gained valuable experience managing various establishments, particularly in Moléson. Today, she puts her love of the region and her dynamism at the service of our legendary Buvette, where she makes a point of offering a warm and cheerful welcome.
